As a whole, AdamsGrayson Corporation specializes in providing accounting, finance, legal, IT, and project management expertise to corporations and law firms for matters in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, IT and data retention consulting, e-discovery and business process optimization.

Structure

Organizations receive specialized consulting services and staff resources through AG’s three service divisions:

• AdamsGrayson Accounting and Finance—focused on supporting corporate finance, accounting, audit and contract management activities;
• AdamsGrayson Consulting—provides legal and IT expertise on information risk management matters as well as e-discovery compliance and project management; and
• LegalSource—which specializes in providing staff resources for corporate and law firm clients, focusing on custom building teams of contract attorneys and paralegals and offering project hosting in secure, state-of-the-art office suites.

History

AdamsGrayson Corporation has a legacy of providing outstanding service to its clients for more than a decade, with the initiation of LegalSource’s staffing and litigation support services division into the Washington DC market. For over ten years, our organization has expanded to meet the growing needs of our clients by providing services outside of the staffing arena. The company was restructured in 2006 and now includes accounting, finance, and e-discovery consulting services divisions. At any given time, we employ 300 to 400 service professionals either in our own project spaces or at client sites.

AdamsGrayson Accounting and Finance

AdamsGrayson Accounting and Finance is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive industry knowledge and a depth of project management, consulting and professional recruiting experience. AGAF is built on the success of more than a decade of professional support services provided by our affiliates. Specifically, AGAF focuses on two areas.

• We deliver managed solutions for compliance, seasonal and episodic matters that routinely impact the accounting, finance, risk management and operational departments within organizations.
• AGAF provides first-rate staff augmentation services for requirements involving Accounting Managers through Chief Financial Officers.

AdamsGrayson Consulting

AdamsGrayson’s e-discovery and information risk professionals serve corporate and law firm clients by providing solutions that require critical legal and IT resources. Put simply, we most often meet our clients' important needs by bridging the gap between law and technology.

The firm provides its clients with e-discovery services, focusing on information management, litigation preparedness, compliance, and the capability to outsource large-scale e-discovery and document review projects.  We provide industry-leading project management, data retention policy and procedure design, business process development, and independent review and support for comprehensive corporate e-discovery planning.

AdamsGrayson LegalSource

LegalSource, the legal staffing division of AdamsGrayson Corporation, serves law firms and corporate legal departments with temporary legal employees for document review, e-discovery projects, and large-scale litigation support. Our staff employees include paralegals, law clerks and professional attorneys, selected through an intensive quality-oriented screening process and placed with particular focus on each client’s specific needs.
